Terms and conditions

Meleo does not sell alcoholic products to anyone under the age of 18. Enjoy our delicious liqueurs but drink it in moderation. Do not drink alcohol during your pregnancy.

All prices on the website are in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Meleo Spirits reserves the right to change prices on the website.

Product

We only work with seasonal products made by nature and without the use of preservatives. The taste and color can therefore differ slightly per batch. The color of the liqueur can also change slightly over time. It is beyond our ability to change this because we manufacture the product pure and without additives. The change of color does not detract from the taste.

Shipment

We strive to deliver the order to the customer within 2 working days after the payment. Meleo Spirits is not responsible for any delays at the shipping company.

If we cannot ensure our delivery time due to circumstances, we will contact you by telephone or email to report this and to look for the best solution. If a shipment cannot be delivered by the courier and is returned to Meleo, we can resend the order in consultation. The additional costs for shipping needs tob e paid by the customer.

Pre-orders are paid in advance. If we are unable to deliver due to delivery problems, the purchase amount will be refunded.

Agreement

When the ordering process has been completed and the order is confirmed, there is a binding agreement with the purchased products. When the order has been shipped, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. The purchase agreement is final when we confirm the order by e-mail.

Right of return

In Europe, there is a legally established "cooling-off period" of 7 working days after delivery of the order. If our delivery service cannot deliver your order because no one is present at the delivery address, that day will be the delivery date. Within the period of 7 working days, the order can be canceled and returned without giving any reason. This is only possible if the products are unopened and in the same condition as when the product was received. This can be done by sending an email to info@meleospirits.com with the order number and date of order. Return the products after the email within a maximum of 5 working days to: Meleo Spirits B.V. Wiltonstraat 2, 2722NG Zoetermeer.

If the products are damaged or used, we cannot accept the return and we will not pay the refund. If the termination conditions are well, the agreement is cancelled and the order amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 14 days. The costs of the return shipment needs to be payed by the customer.
